Very often substances in search are so low concentrated, that they must be enriched.
It is necessary to generate small volumes for measuring purposes out of big volumes of liquid.
In intensive cooperation with our customers in order to satisfy their needs, the QUICKSAMPLER AQUA® was developed to merge
these two challenges into one efficient solution. Big volumes of liquid, even in the liter scale, are enriched in a fast and reproducible
way, and then treated with reagents and extracted inside the micro analyzer.
Thus the content of one liter liquid for example is transferred directly, without any further step, into a volume of 500 μl or less.
Up to 8 samples can be processed simultaneously.
The instrument allows further treatments of the eluates like Drying under Nitrogen and Redissolution.
The time frame for the enrichment of 8 samples of 1l is about 1 hour - drying and redissolution included.

We will intensively support the development of methods. But off course a tool is available that allows
a fast and easy setup of new methods.

The strengths of the QUICKSAMPLER® are enhanced by using specially developed and processed extraction columns.
Special phases with very high binding capacities and specific functions allow a precise handling.

1 l of water was enriched on an extraction column and eluated with
several different volumes of reagent
The eluate was brought to 500 μl of volume and measured with an HPLC
system (AGILENT HPLC with DAD)
Duration of enrichment: 20 minutes.
