Service

Our company provides installation and set-ups of delivered devices. We ensure service for our product during and after the warranty period. We also offer calibration and validation as well as interlinking of equipment and labs to the central monitoring system (compatible with GLP).

Complaint

Dear clients,

If you experience problems with the delivered products we want to ask you to get in contact with our office immediately. To optimize the claim process we have prepared complaint forms which we request you to fill out. You can also download our forms in PDF, print them and fill them out. We request you to send this version to us, preferentially the electronically way (either via e - mail or fax). Those forms contain all the information needed to process your claim. We hope our collaboration will be improved this way.

Delivered Complaint

Please check the status of the delivery properly. If the delivery is damaged, please write a protocol of damage in presence of the courier and send an immediate notification about the incident to us. We will be thankful for some information in case of a delivery delay. If you have any concerns about the delivered product, please notify them promptly on the day of receiving the delivery.
